They are 2.5 syns per pot on red or green days... hope that is ok for you!!

your right def never enough hours just b=done a huge pile off ironing so going to relax now and browse till dp gets back with lo from grandparents
not tried the lemon one susie these are the ones in a little pot love the cherry ones x

You really must try the lemon ones. They are really nice. I've just bought myself the prune and the cereal yogurts by danone Ilike them as well
