4 syn trifle

Serves 4 (1 Syn per serving)


2 sachets of sugar free jellies (2 Syn per packet)

2 tubs of Muller light Yogurt

1 tub of fromage frais

Vanilla essence

Syn free sweetener

Fresh strawberries



Method


Mix 1 sachet of sugar jelly and allow it to set

Mix second set of jelly to 1/4 pint and the two tubs of Muller light.

Add to the set mixture of jelly.

When set mix fromage frais with sweetener and a drop of vanilla to taste then add to top of mixture.

Decorate with fresh strawberries.
