The little microwave porridges you can buy where you add milk and voila.. think its quaker oats...

    in a 35g serving its

    127 calories
    6.9g sugar (carbs)
    fat 2.3
    saturated fats 0.4
    salt 0.1
    fibre 2.5
    protein 3.1

Can someone work it out for me pleeeeeeez as i want to start having these for my brekky instead of toast.. but dont know if they're ok or not?!

If you have scan bran you can have the original with 1 scan bran as a heb. If not then its

Oats So Simple, Original, dried, 27g sachet 5

Oats So Simple, Raspberry, dried, 35g sachet 6½

Oats So Simple, Golden Syrup, dried, 36g sachet 6½

Oats So Simple, Apple & Blueberry, dried, 36g sachet 6½

Oats So Simple, Maple Flavoured Fruit & Nut, dried, 47g sachet 8½

Oats So Simple, Nuts, Seeds & Orchard Fruits, dried, 47g serving 8½

Hope that gives you an idea.

When I eat it I just class it as 1 HEB no matter what the flavour. I mean, its got to be better than some of the things we could eat lol!

Haha I like your way of thinking....But I would say far better for you than these cereal bars which have loads of sugars and fats in!

Do you think it is high cause of the milk used or this without the milk and that is extra... I like porridge!

Its not including the milk but porridge is good for you. I have the scan bran and what I do is break it up and use it in the porridge. It taste a bit like all bran with hot milk.
