    Chinese Style Pork

    Serves 4
    4 syns for entire recipe
1 syn per serving on Extra easy or Red plan

    Ingredients
1 tablespoon of Hoi Sin sauce (1.5 syns)
1 tablespoon of yellow bean sauce (0.5 syns)
4 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of Chinese five spice
2 tsp of honey (2 syns)
    1 tablespoon of sweetener
    1/4 tsp of salt
    1/4 tsp of pepper
    8 pork loins
    Frylight/Pam spray

    Method
In a small bowl mix together the hoi sin sauce, yellow bean sauce, soya sauce, five spice, honey and sweetener.
Add the pork loins to a shallow dish, pour over the marinade and refrigerate for approx 4 hours (overnight if possible)
Preheat oven to 200c or 400f
Season the pork with salt and pepper and Roast the pork loins in the oven turning frequently and basting with the sauce for approx 30 mins until the pork is cooked through and they are nice and caramelised from the sauce.

I served these on a bed of brown rice (remember rice is not free on red), mixed with roasted butternut squash and peas.
