Cheesy Sausage Rolls

2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread (400g Loaf)
6 Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles
2 Qourn Sausages
1 Egg


Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and spread with three laughing cow triangles on each slice until completely covered.
Prick the sausages, put one on each slice of bread, roll them up and secure with oopsieoopsieoopsieoopsietail sticks.
Beat the egg and use to glaze each sausage roll. Place them on a baking tray and cook for 25-35 minutes until crisp and golden.
Slice, remove the oopsieoopsieoopsieoopsietail sticks and serve warm with a salad.

Serves 1
Free on both choices
