Filling French Toast

Satisfy that morning-munchie feeling: dip two slices of wholemeal bread (Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice) into whisked egg, coating thoroughly. Lightly fry in a non-stick frying pan using Fry Light, sprinkling with cinnamon as it cooks. Top the toast with piles of Super Speed Foods raspberries and strawberries or any fruit that takes your fancy.

For a savoury version, spread the bread with low fat cheese spread (5 Laughing Cow light triangles are a Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice) and stick together like a sandwich before coating in egg. This version tastes great with grilled bacon for an Original breakfast!

Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.
