Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped garlic (as much as you like!)
whatever dried herbs you like
half pint stock (chicken bovril)
Large green pepper chopped
Can of sweetcorn
Can of mixed beans
Can of lentils
2 courgettes chopped (and peeled!)
2 boxes of passata
Loads of dried red chilli flakes - optional

Fry onion and garlic in spray oil. Add stock and herbs and simmer for 5 mins. Add all the rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil then simmer for 25 mins.
As Gordon Ramsay would say - DONE!
