My biggest problem is opeing the fridge and thinking - What can I munch so I always have strifry to hand!!!

Packet of Plain dry Noodles (375g)
Pack on Beanspouts - Optional or any other veg you like
2 Onions
500g of Mushrooms
3 Peppers
Amoy Dark Soya Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or a spray of fry light Extra Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste - I dont put any in mine!

Chop up the veg
Put a splash of extra Virgin Olive oil
when it heats up add in the Soya Sauce
Chuck in all the veg & Mix up
Boil the kettle
Soak all the Noodles - When soft drain
When Veg is cooked take out of pan (leave juices in the pan) and add the noodles in on their own with the juices
Mix up until noodles are covered with Soya Sauce
Then chuck the veg back in and mix up.

To reheat in the microwave takes about 2 mins for a bowlfull

This amount would normally last me 3-4 days munching from the fridge!
