1 packet of extra lean minced beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 beaten egg
lee and perrins - couple of dashes
salt and pepper
1. In a bowl mix the mince, onion, lee and perrins, salt and pepper and a little egg.
2. Bind together, make sure the mixture isnt too sloppy or wet.
3. Take a mini babybel and pack the mince mixture around the cheese. Make sure its packed firmly and its a burger shape - repeat until all mince has been used up.
4. Spray a baking sheet with frylite, and cook the burgers in the oven (around 200 temp) for 25 - 30 mins. The cheese inside the burger will be all oozy and melted, divine!
You can have 2 burgers, as 2 mini babybels are 1 healthy A option.
