    Banana Cheesecake

    syn-free if you use the Hifi bar as a HEbIngredients:
    1 pot quark;
    1 pot banana & custard Mullerlight
    2 tsps artificial sweetener;
    1 toffee & pecan Hifi bar;
    1 chopped banana.
    Method:
    Mix together the quark, Mullerlight & artificial sweetener in a bowl.
    Add chopped banana & half the Hifi bar (chopped).
    Whizz all of above up with a hand-held blender.
    Scatter/decorate top with leftover Hifi bar.
    Put in fridge for 1hr

    Techically you should syn it, but a banana whizzed will still be filling Very Happy I wonder is whizzing is the same as pureeing lol!. If its pureed its 4 syns. I still want it though. Very Happy

    I don't get Hi-Fi bars but Asda do a toffee and banana cereal bar I wonder if that would work?

    Don't forget that if you can not easily get hold of hi-fi bars, you can always use the Alpen light bars instead and you get TWO of those for a healthy b......BONUS ! lol
