Choccy Vanilla Mousse
1 tub vff fr frais
1 muller vanilla yogurt
1 tub quark
sweetener to taste
3 egg whites
1 sachet gelatine-disolved & cooled (for best results boil dish of water over a pan of a small amount of boiling water, add gelatine granules & stir over the heat until clear)
2 sachets vanilla options (4 syns)
Whisk egg whites until firm. Pop all the other ingredients into a bowl & whisk. Stir in the egg whites. put into a dish & chill until set.
This one tastes really luxurious & makes absolutely loads!!!
