Well I think SW could make these as well but have to count them either as syns or have them as a hb...

Very very simple to make....

Oat Biscuits

your allowance of porridge oats
Sweetner
small drop of hot water.
Any flavouring if you want to add.. but I rather liked them plain.
Fine Polenta

All both dry ingredients and mix well. (add flavour here too if using it) Then add small drops of water to make the porridge into a dough.

Dust the surface with the fine polenta and then roll out and use your cutters...

Bake slowly.. but do not brown as they do look better natural colour... slow is better as cooks all the way through...

Then munch away!

Sound yummy, but am having GREAT difficulty obtaining polenta around here, other than the ready made up stuff.

well I was thinking about that... why not get balls of it in your hand and roll it out and then squidge them down to shape.. that way then on a none stick baking tray.. sorted lol
