If you have a lovely recipe that you think someone could convert to SW or WW or another diet.. please list it in here.

PostSubject: Really Bad Cake..   Normal Recipe to Convert I_icon_minitimeTue 12 May 2009, 07:37

I got this through the mail and as of yet not sorted out how many syns it would be...

So if anyone has the time.. let us know

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE!!

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract and your favourite tipple
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to your largest mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using),
vanilla extract and a drop or two of your favourite tipple, then mix again.

Normal Recipe to Convert One110

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Normal Recipe to Convert One10

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

Normal Recipe to Convert Three10

EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

Normal Recipe to Convert Four10

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now you are only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Well .....

you don't have to have the chocolate drops do you...

Sugar could be sweetner so that would be free...

Cut back on a bit of the oil.. ekk

Milk from allowance

then cook it and enjoy it and then shoot yourself cheers

Does look tasty though doesn't it!
