Sticky toffee pudding_ Ingredients 4 Scan Bran
1Lvl tbsp golden syrup
1 sachet of tempting toffee options
1 weetabix
Half mug of sweetener
2 eggs
Method
1. Soak the scan bran in boiling water to soften. Then drain and mash.
2. Add the syrup, sachet of options, weetabix and sweetener.
3. Beat the eggs together in a separate bowl. Gradually add the eggs to the scan bran mixture, mixing well.
Microwave for 8-10 mins. When cooked the cake will be springy to touch and will have pulled away from the sides.
10 syn's for whole cake or 4.5 syn's + 1hex b choice.
