 Blueberry Muffins

200g blueberries
28g all bran, crushed
2tbsp splendor/canderel
60 ml fresh squeezed orange juice
57g SR flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
half tsp ground ginger
2 eggs beaten

Oven preheated to 200/gas mark 6
mix blueberries, all bran, sweetner and orange juice.
sift in flour, baking powder and spices
add eggs and mix
place in 6 muffin cases (I use the silicone rubbery re-usable ones).
Bake for 15-20 mins until firm and risen.
