PostSubject: Berry Jelly Delight....   Fri 26 Jun 2009, 07:50

Wanted to share this with you...

I put together....

WW Jelly ..makes 4 little pots of .5 syns for the lot so this put is basically free!

1 WW Jelly
Frozen berries
0% Fat Fromage Frais
Lemon Essence

Make the jelly up and pour into four dishes. Leave to set in fridge for a couple of hours.

Mix sweetner with some lemon essence and Fromage Frais

Take set jelly and put on plate... put on Fromage frais and spoon over some berries... you may wish to add some sweetner to the berries as they may not contain anything... but you will get the sweetness from the jelly and then the difference with the Fromage Frais then the tartness of the fruit.

So nice I have had two lots today!!! Click on pic to enlarge will open in new window.
