Porridge.. how many syns?

The little microwave porridges you can buy where you add milk and voila.. think its quaker oats...

When I eat it I just class it as 1 HEB no matter what the flavour. I mean, its got to be better than some of the things we could eat

Haha I like your way of thinking....But I would say far better for you than these cereal bars which have loads of sugars and fats in!

Do you think it is high cause of the milk used or this without the milk and that is extra... I like porridge!

Its not including the milk but porridge is good for you. I have the scan bran and what I do is break it up and use it in the porridge. It taste a bit like all bran with hot milk.

Ooo I might get some.. they had something slightly different at club but didn't get any.

I might give it a go.. prefer to have porridge than bread, want to try and cut out as much bread as possible.. i eat too much!

Sorry Becci I've only just seen this. I would have the porridge as a HEB.

I was having the porridge in the morning but to be honest found I wasn't going ... if you know what I mean haha
