    Brownies_

    Ingredients

    5 x scan bran = 2.5 syn's or 1 HEB*
    1 TBSP syrup = 2 syn's
    1 oz cocoa powder = 4.5 syn's
    2 eggs
    1 cup canderel or other sweetener

    Method

    1. Soften scan bran with warm water

    2. Combine all ingredients, put in microwaveable container sprayed with fry light.

    3. Cook 4-5 minutes.

    4. Cool or eat hot with Muller light yoghurt.

    9 syn's whole mix or 1 HEB + 6.5 syn's*
