The thing is.. having looked at WW .. it seems that it is wise to eat all your allocated points in a day.
It seems a structured programme that has calculated all these points into your daily allowance. And by not eating them.. you are actually not doing yourself any favours... Yes we all think that if we cut them out.. or down we will lose more... but your body does need fuel to burn.. and if it doesn't have that.. it doesn't always mean it is going to use the reserves.. it means it can store what it is given and this is when we become tired and feel hungry. So eat your points daily.
I believe you are allowed to save 4 points a day to bank up for say.. a weekend drink... but you are not allowed to carry these over to the next week!
Also don't feel guilty for having your points... this is what gets us every time I think! That guilt sets in.. and we think we have to cut back..
If you are feeling guilty for having what you are allowed to have.. then why not go to some extra exercise and get your points that way!
I mean did you know...
30 mins of gardening (weeding and raking) you can get an extra 2 points!!
30 mins of swimming 2 extra points!
30 mins gentle walking.. (18 minute mile) 2 points!
30 mins of slowly walking.. 1.5 points....that could be going round tesco getting your shopping!!
So eat.. and exercise... and after all isn't that what we have always been told to do from the start.
