This sounds lovely but not actually made it yet.. but seeing as it will work for both I thought I would put it down.
serves 4 people
Easy to make and can be warmed through.. say 30 sec in the micro and served as a sauce over a chop or something
What you will need.
Very low fat yogurt or fromage frais.. or quark
black pepper
1.4 tspn mustard
1 tspn curry powder
Add all ingredients together and mix well... can use carrots and other crunchy veg to eat it..
Would be great to nibble on at night if feeling peckish!
