Breakfast Quiche
4 Eggs
250g Cottage Cheese (very low fat)
2 Quorn Sausages
85g lean Bacon
1/2 each red, yellow and green pepper
100g button mushrooms
1 sml onion
Frylight
Fry sausages, using frylight until brown, and slice into mouth sized pieces.
Chop bacon, Dice peppers and onion, Half the mushrooms, brown in pan.
Allow to cool.
Mix Eggs and Cottage cheese, add rest of cooked ingrediants.
Bake in oven Gas mark 6 for 20 mins.
Allow to cool before removing and cutting.
