Chicken Curry Empty
PostSubject: Chicken Curry   Chicken Curry I_icon_minitimeMon 05 Mar 2012, 06:55

Ingredients

2x Onions chopped
5 cloves of garlic crushed
pinch of salt/pepper
tin of chopped tomatoes
2x red or green chillies
bunch of corriander
1 tsp garam masala
1/2tsp Tumeric
2x chicken breasts chopped (more if you like lots of chucky in your curry)

Fry the onions, when they start to go soft add the garlic salt and pepper, and tin of tomatoes, chillies & corriander, leave for a few mins then add the spices, mix well
add the chicken making sure the chicken is covered in the sauce, leave to simmer for 5mins.
Boil a kettle and add a little water maximum 1/2 cup - this helps the chicken cook.
Leave to simmer for another 5/10 mins until the chicken is cooked through.

Then demolish the lot.

Why not add rice.. or even cauliflower rice (see my recipe!!)
