Potatoes diced very small
Onion chopped finely
Corned beef

Add the potatoes and onions to a frying pan. Add some water and stirfry till the potato is cooked and the water has evaporated.

Dice the corned beef and add to potato mix until all heated thoroughly.

Syns for corned beef is

Extra lean 2 syns per 100g
Regular is 3.5 syns per 100g.

The amounts can be adjusted depending on how much you want etc.
